Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Operations Supervisor to join our team at LifeBridge Health, a leading healthcare provider in Maryland. As a key member of our management team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of high-quality clinical care and services in primary and specialty practices.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in clinical operations, with a strong background in managing clinical teams, improving patient outcomes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will be responsible for conducting site visits, evaluating clinical staff performance, and engaging with all levels of the organization to drive quality initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Conducting regular site visits to observe clinical practice environments and staff performance
  • Directing practice leadership in evaluating clinical staff performance and developing strategies for improvement
  • Engaging with senior management and front-line staff to drive quality initiatives and improve patient outcomes
  • Assisting in the management of clinical teams to identify and implement waste reduction and safety initiatives

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's preferred)
  • A valid Maryland Registered Nurse License
  • American Heart Association CPR Certification
  • ANCC Ambulatory Care Certification (preferred)
  • At least 7 years of experience in clinical operations or a related field
