Command Holdings is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support our operations within a Department of Defense contract.

The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in assisting the National Guard Integration Office (NGIO) alongside NORAD and USNORTHCOM (N&NC).

Ideal candidates will possess a comprehensive understanding of the organizational framework, authorities, and missions associated with the Army and Air National Guard.

Experience in collaboration with the Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, the National Guard Bureau, and inter-agency efforts is essential, along with familiarity regarding the National Guard's roles under Title 10 and Title 32.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research, review, and compose concise documents addressing complex issues for senior leaders and decision-makers. Deliverables may include information papers, point papers, decision papers, briefings, or comment resolution matrices.
  • Prepare comprehensive products that integrate relevant information, compare and contrast alternative solutions, and evaluate the strategic implications of various courses of action.
  • Analyze policy documents to identify and articulate their impact on the National Guard.
  • Represent the NGIO in various planning teams and working groups.
  • Provide high-level leadership support to the Special Assistant to the Commander NORTHCOM, the Mobilization Assistant to the Commander NORAD, the NGIO Chief Integrator, and NGIO staff, ensuring effective communication and coordination with the National Guard Bureau, Army and Air Guard Directorates, Combatant Commands, Joint Staffs, and State entities.
  • Facilitate information sharing between NORAD & USNORTHCOM and NGB by organizing and participating in teleconferences with the Air National Guard (ANG), Army National Guard (ARNG), the NG JS, and other NGB organizations for strategic updates on critical issues affecting the National Guard.
  • Identify tasks within the Task Management Tool (TMT), detailing task numbers, subjects, assignments, suspense dates, and statuses.

Expected Salary Range:
$95,000 - $110,000

Work Environment:
Moderate noise levels typical of a business office setting, with potential for occasional loud noise from airfields or large equipment.

Physical Demands:
While performing job responsibilities, the employee must be able to sit, stand, talk, and hear. Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate a computer is required. Reasonable accommodations may be provided for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

Travel Requirements:
Minimal travel expected (0-10%).

Basic Qualifications:

• Familiarity with National Guard strategic documents and Total Force Integration (TFI) initiatives.
• Experience with Task Management Tool (TMT) or ETMS2.
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills and client-focused approach.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Professional proficiency in English is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's Degree.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance.
• Graduate of Professional Military Education.
• Joint Force experience.
• Experience working at or with a General Officer level headquarters.
