About Us - We are a family-owned supplier of aggregates and a mobile custom crushing and screening service provider, operating from multiple locations. Since our inception, we have consistently invested in our workforce and machinery, establishing ourselves as a leader in the concrete crushing sector throughout the region.
Work Schedule - This role entails a commitment of over 40 hours per week, inclusive of overtime compensation. We offer stable employment, ensuring no seasonal layoffs.
Qualifications - Candidates must possess substantial experience in operating heavy machinery, particularly a CAT 980K and 982 front-end wheel loader. The ideal applicant will have:
- Prior experience in operating large wheel loaders and managing stone sales.
- The capability to perform manual labor when necessary.
- Proficiency in completing sale tickets accurately.
- The ability to load incoming trucks with aggregate materials.
- Reliable and accountable work ethic, with punctual attendance.
- Collaboration skills to work alongside the Sales Manager regarding orders.
- Basic maintenance skills for machinery (greasing, fueling, etc.).
- Approval authority for incoming raw materials.
- Experience in loading a screener.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with company Foremen.
- Experience with forklifts and skid steers is advantageous.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems are beneficial.
- A mechanical background is a plus.
- Welding skills are an asset.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- The ability to follow directions and work collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
