The Role

We are seeking a PRN Mobile Phlebotomist to join our high-growth stage startup, working in a dynamic environment with strong experience in hospitals, in-office, or mobile settings. The ideal candidate will maintain a high standard of excellence with minimal supervision, prioritizing patient experience and delivering exceptional care.

Responsibilities
  • Visit patients in their homes or offices, ensuring safe and accurate blood collection procedures and specimen processing.
  • Communicate effectively with the operations and patient experience team during business hours.
  • Adapt to a rapid high-growth environment, maintaining flexibility and a patient-centric approach.
Requirements
  • Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency.
  • 1 year of phlebotomy experience, with mobile phlebotomy experience preferred.
  • Experience processing samples and maintaining accurate records.
  • Certification from a national agency such as American Medical Technologists (AMT), American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP), or National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT).
  • Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment under minimal supervision.
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
  • Proof of first shot of Covid-19 Vaccine by 30 days of employment.
