Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist - Float Staff to join our team at Thrifty White Pharmacy. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and services in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and customers, building loyalty and repeat business.
  • Champion Thrifty White programs, such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx, and assist with enrolling patients.
  • Lead teams by modeling, coaching, and maintaining high standards in patient service.
  • Structure and organize workflow and systems for efficient prescription filling, patient counseling, and providing clinical services.
  • Develop and follow up on long-term care (LTC) business through immediate communication and attention to the needs of nursing homes, group homes, and assisted living residences.
  • Identify long-term care and specialty business opportunities and communicate them with marketers.
  • Dispense medications, related supplies, and provide all clinical pharmacy services.
Requirements
  • A pharmacy license or the ability to receive a pharmacy license without any federal sanctions.
  • A PharmD or MTM Certification (must provide a copy of the course completion certificate from an approved ACPE program).
  • Current Immunization Certification.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • NPI Number.
