Current Openings:
Full-Time Practical Nursing Specialist (LPN)

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications to residents as per their individualized care plans.
- Execute treatments as directed by physicians, adhering to the scope of practice.
- Accurately document and report residents' conditions, noting any changes in health status.
- Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations while performing duties.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, or Administrator.

Qualifications:
- Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Previous experience in long-term care is advantageous but not mandatory.

Licensure:
- Must possess a valid and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
