Your Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Development & Instruction: Design engaging and interactive lesson plans that align with early childhood development standards. Guide and mentor fellow teachers to ensure high-quality instruction for all students.
  • Child Growth & Development: Promote the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your classroom. Create a positive and supportive learning environment where children feel safe, respected, and encouraged to explore.
  • Classroom Management & Leadership: Take charge of classroom management, ensuring a structured and organized learning space. Implement company policies and procedures effectively while adhering to all licensing guidelines.
  • Family Communication & Collaboration: Build strong relationships with enrolled families through open communication and regular updates on their child's progress. Actively participate in parent-teacher conferences and events.
What We Look For:
  • Proven experience leading a classroom and developing educational lesson plans for preschool-aged children.
  • A commitment to early childhood education and a passion for working with young learners.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center's specific qualifications.
  • CDA, Associate degree, or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
