As a Wealth Advisor within Schwab Wealth Advisory (SWA), you will be part of a premier, fee-based, and non-discretionary investment advisory service, offering clients a personal connection, specialized support, and continuous guidance grounded in Schwab's investment philosophy.

Your role will directly influence the lives of clients, as you work as a fiduciary within a dedicated Schwab Wealth Advisory team to provide an exceptional client experience.

SWA's advisory philosophy will enable you to utilize a wide range of financial products (including stocks, bonds, ETFs, mutual funds, separately managed accounts, and options trading), equipping you for success in helping clients navigate complex portfolios and achieve their financial objectives. You will thrive within an experienced, collaborative team, while fostering relationships with various partners, including industry-leading advisors.

What You Have

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Active FINRA Series 7 license
- Active FINRA Series 66 license (or to be obtained within the first 120 days)
- Minimum of three years of advisory experience
- At least five years in the financial services sector working directly with clients

Preferred Qualifications:
- CFP or CFA designation
- Exceptional relationship management and client retention skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities, with a keen attention to detail

In addition to the competitive salary range, this position is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
