Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute plans to deliver the best guest experience and reach sales goals
- Execute Brand and Franchisee standards with every product
- Empower the team to satisfy guest needs and resolve issues with service
- Ensure the restaurant meets food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times
- Plan, identify, communicate, and delegate responsibilities to team members to ensure smooth flow of operations
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must have a clean driving record
- Be able to pass a background check to obtain a base pass
- Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality
- Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant is preferred
- Show passion about results by setting compelling targets and delivering on commitments
- Meet safety and sanitation standards
- Anticipate and understand guests' needs and exceed their expectations
- Work well in a team environment
