We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at Spicy Affair in Swedesboro, NJ.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for culinary excellence and a keen eye for detail. As an Executive Line Cook, you will assist the Head Chef in providing exceptional food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist and work with kitchen staff in all aspects of food production, including cutting, chopping, and preparing meals according to restaurant menus and recipes.
• Maintain a regular maintenance schedule for all kitchen areas and equipment.
• Review menus and food production instructions to prepare meals while ensuring portion-control standards.
• Clean and maintain kitchen surfaces, walls, and floors according to sanitation standards.

Requirements:

• 2+ years' of culinary or kitchen experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Team player.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year.
