Job Summary

Parkhurst Dining, a leading provider of culinary services, is seeking a highly skilled Kitchen Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our high standards of food quality, service, and sanitation are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Kitchen Staff: Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure that all food products meet our high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the ordering and inventory of all kitchen supplies and ingredients to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.
  • Ensure Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment for all kitchen staff, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and Control Costs: Work closely with our finance team to ensure that all kitchen expenses are managed effectively and within budget.
Requirements
  • Culinary Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a proven track record of success in managing kitchen staff and operations.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of kitchen staff.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail, with the ability to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
