Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters.
  • Monitor and report on compliance metrics and trends.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in healthcare administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in compliance or a related field.
  • Knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations affecting healthcare organizations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions

This position requires frequent travel throughout the Albuquerque metropolitan area. Work is mostly inside an office in a controlled environment. Normal office safety precautions and practices are required.
