In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization's tax policies and objectives, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations, and identifying opportunities to minimize tax liabilities and optimize financial practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee tax compliance and strategy, including the preparation and filing of all tax documents
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals
Analyze financial records to forecast tax obligations and prepare detailed reports
Identify and mitigate tax risks while continually assessing and improving tax processes and systems
Serve as the primary point of contact for tax-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree or CPA is highly preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in tax management, with a proven track record in a senior role. Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
