Key Responsibilities

Patient Care:

  • Assess and manage a variety of medical conditions.
  • Create and execute detailed treatment strategies.
  • Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations.

Communication:

  • Encourage a collaborative approach to patient care.

Documentation:

  • Maintain precise and current patient records.
  • Document clinical findings and treatment plans.

Diagnostic Procedures:

  • Order and interpret necessary diagnostic tests.
  • Perform required medical procedures.
  • Work alongside specialists for advanced diagnostic assessments.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work in partnership with nurses and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in team meetings and case discussions.
  • Provide consultative support to other medical providers.

Quality Improvement:

  • Engage in quality assurance initiatives.
  • Analyze clinical outcomes for ongoing enhancement.
  • Implement strategies to improve patient safety and care.

Compliance:

  • Adhere to ethical and legal standards in practice.
  • Stay updated on healthcare regulations.
  • Participate in audits to ensure compliance.

Continuous Learning:

  • Keep informed about medical advancements.
  • Engage in ongoing education and training.
  • Contribute to the development of clinical guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • American Board Certified or Board Eligible in relevant medical specialty.
  • Possession of a valid and unrestricted state medical license or eligibility for licensure.

Compensation:

$184.53 per hour
