Key Responsibilities- Safely maintain equipment and support pipeline operations, including reading and interpreting drawings, inspecting and supervising equipment, and maintaining operation and technical standards.
- Analyze data and collaborate with others to find solutions to technical or operational problems.
- Follow all Company policies and apply appropriate operating and maintenance procedures.
- Acquire knowledge of and adhere to requirements for safe and efficient operation of facilities, execution of tasks, protection of community, personnel, environment, and assets.
- Maintain general knowledge of site/location/equipment and permitting.
- Complete assigned reports, logs, and maintain accurate records of process operations and performance of preventative maintenance on equipment.
- High School Diploma/GED and minimum two (2) years' related experience and minimum of one (1) year experience as a technician in the oil and gas industry.
- Preferred: Associates or two-year technical degree.
Must be willing to work in extreme temperatures, with loud noises, and in enclosed spaces. Must be able to carry or lift items up to 50 lbs and team lift loads of more than 50 lbs as needed. Must be able to stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, and squat, often for long periods of time. Must be able to work at elevated levels, potentially from man lifts, ladders, scaffolding, and/or small towers, with appropriate PPE (Personal Protection Equipment).
