Key Responsibilities- Under the direction of a Pharmacist, perform pharmacy-related functions, including medication preparation, dispensing, and inventory management.
- Assist with patient counseling and education on medication use and side effects.
- Contribute to a safe and efficient pharmacy environment by maintaining accurate records and adhering to department policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and optimal pharmaceutical outcomes.
- High School graduate or equivalent required.
- Additional clinical coursework or training preferred.
- Massachusetts state registration as a Pharmacy Technician required.
- Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) Certification required within 18 months of hire.
- One year of related work experience required; three years preferred.
- A valid driver's license required.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 virus or exempt for medical or personal reasons.
- Competitive hourly rate: $27.00/hour.
