The Dimock Center is a leading healthcare provider in the field of addiction medicine, offering comprehensive care to individuals struggling with substance use disorders. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Addiction Medicine Provider to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Addiction Medicine Provider will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care to individuals with substance use disorders. This includes conducting comprehensive medical assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive medical assessments for patients with substance use disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Requirements:
  • Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Greater than 2 years of experience in Adult Internal Medicine
  • Greater than 2 years of experience working with vulnerable populations
  • Prior experience in addiction treatment preferred
  • Understanding of harm reduction principles and practices
  • BLS Certification within 90 days of hire
  • Valid Prescriptive Authority from the MA DPH-DCP and Federal DEA
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
