Job Summary:The Addiction Medicine Provider will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care to individuals with substance use disorders. This includes conducting comprehensive medical assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive medical assessments for patients with substance use disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
- Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Greater than 2 years of experience in Adult Internal Medicine
- Greater than 2 years of experience working with vulnerable populations
- Prior experience in addiction treatment preferred
- Understanding of harm reduction principles and practices
- BLS Certification within 90 days of hire
- Valid Prescriptive Authority from the MA DPH-DCP and Federal DEA
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Competitive salary range: $110,000 - $135,000 per year
