Your role and responsibilities
In this position, you will have the chance to oversee a team of service engineers and technicians, ensuring the prompt and high-quality delivery of service offerings, solutions, and projects to our clients. Each day, you will play a vital role in executing service strategies and fostering growth by concentrating on cost-effective service delivery and compliance with guidelines. You will demonstrate your expertise by driving service achievements through resource planning, allocation, and the effective implementation of standard procedures and safety protocols. This role operates under a remote work model. #LI-Remote This position contributes to the Process Automation Measurement & Analytics division. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Maintaining a customer-centric approach, urgency, and care in your area of responsibility, fostering sustainable customer relationships for growth, satisfaction, and retention.
• Promoting the development of processes and practices based on customer feedback (Net Promoter Score) to continuously enhance customer experience.
• Allocating, directing, and monitoring work based on order content, delivery timelines, competencies, and workload.

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (OR a High School Diploma with a minimum of 5 years of engineering/field experience)
- 2+ years of experience in field service or technical support.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50-75% as needed.
- Possession and maintenance of a valid passport and driver's license.
- Technical expertise in startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, preventive, and unplanned maintenance of Measurement and Analytics products, particularly the ABB ICOS Laser Analyzers product line.
- We are unable to sponsor an employment visa at this time for this role. Candidates must already have work authorization that permits them to work for ABB in the US.
