Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita. As a Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting. You will work closely with our team to provide compassionate and empathetic care to our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Conduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer medications as prescribed
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Float to various clinics during and after training
Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) or three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
  • Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) experience preferred
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification a plus
