Job Title: Senior Highway Project Manager

GPI, a leading engineering firm, is seeking a seasoned Senior Highway Project Manager to lead our expanding roadway design team across West Virginia, Ohio, and Kentucky.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the highway design team in developing effective client relationships and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Prepare and complete engineering designs that meet project needs and deadlines.
  • Develop project design criteria, calculations, details, and estimates.
  • Mentor staff in the advancement of highway design and management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 10-15 years of experience in roadway design.
  • Experience with West Virginia Division of Highways Design Directives is a plus.
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design using MicroStation and ORD.
  • Proven experience managing staff and coordinating with clients.
Requirements:
  • Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle report (MVR).
  • Read, write, and understand plans and directions given in the English language.
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to create and edit Microsoft Word and Excel documents.
  • Able to traverse a construction job site consisting of uneven ground varying in height and consistency of material.
