Fabrication Team Member - Pontoon Boats

Avalon & Tahoe Manufacturing is seeking a skilled Fabrication Team Member to join our team in Alma, MI. As a key member of our fabrication team, you will be responsible for assembling and installing various mechanical and electrical components/parts on pontoon boats.

Salary: $23.00 hourly, based on industry standards and local market rates.

Job Overview:

The Fabrication Team Member will work closely with other team members to assemble and install pontoon boat components. This includes windshields, electronic and plumbing components, and motors.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and install mechanical and electrical components/parts according to manufacturer instructions.
  • Work accurately and efficiently to meet production deadlines.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience working with mechanical and electrical components/parts.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
