Key Responsibilities

* Provide assessment, evaluation, and treatment of patients with a wide range of physical therapy needs
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
* Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements

* Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
* Current licensure as a Physical Therapist
* Basic Life Support certification
* Valid driver's license

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
