Position Summary:
We are looking for a proficient technician who is eager to join a top-tier dealership organization with ample opportunities for professional growth. Our team of highly skilled technicians is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction with every service.

Key Responsibilities:
As a technician, your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Evaluating and interpreting repair orders to plan necessary work.
  • Collaborating with the Parts Advisor and Service Department staff to obtain required parts and accessories.
  • Conducting Maine State Inspections.
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid checks, and tire rotations.
  • Diagnosing and repairing vehicles to manufacturer specifications using a variety of tools.
  • Completing detailed reports on customer repair orders to ensure all tasks are performed efficiently.
  • Communicating repair information effectively with the Production Manager and documenting work in the DMS system.
  • Mentoring junior technicians to enhance their skills.
  • Reviewing completed work to ensure high-quality repairs.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment while adhering to company policies.
  • Completing necessary factory and dealer training and certifications.
  • Accurately recording time spent on repairs in accordance with company procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with diagnostic worksheet standards and documentation.
  • Advising management of any supply or equipment concerns.
  • Fostering teamwork and positive relationships within the Service Department.
