Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer II to join our team at American Lebanese Syrian Associated Charities (ALSAC). As a key member of our software engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing multi-layered enterprise applications using .NET frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop new libraries, components, applications, services, or integrations
  • Enhance existing solutions, troubleshoot issues, and work with resources to deliver solutions
  • Lead and execute technical initiatives across multiple systems within a Platform
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in software engineering best practices
  • Explore emerging technologies and anticipate industry disruptions
  • Document and demonstrate solutions through documentation and code comments
  • Engage with stakeholders to support application development and enhancements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, engineering, mathematics, or related field
  • 3-5 years of technical, analytical, systems, and programming experience
  • Demonstrable knowledge in current application development techniques
  • Professional experience writing software across multiple layers of the application stack
  • Ability to lead technical conversations and pick up new tech stacks quickly
