Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Drive sales through effective selling techniques, product knowledge, and upselling/cross-selling
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and current offerings
  • Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, including purchases, returns, and exchanges
  • Support visual merchandising and store operations, including maintaining a clean and organized sales floor
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

What We Offer

As a Sales Associate III at Coach, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a competitive hourly rate of $15.00 to $17.50. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan.
