Job Summary:

The Sales Associate is a key member of our store team, responsible for promoting a customer-focused sales culture and driving sales growth. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth by utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to customers.
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, and ensure visual standards are met.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt resolution of customer concerns.
  • Assist with visual directives, including floor sets and window changes.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Retail or sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to technology.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Physical Requirements:
  • Constant walking and standing.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequent climbing.
