Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Beverage Server to join our team at Santa Ana Star Casino Hotel. As a Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, preparing and serving non-alcoholic beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to all guests, ensuring a positive experience in our casino.
  • Prepare and serve beverages using drink dispensing machines, maintaining a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Take and record temperature of storage areas, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
  • Accept payment from guests and make change as necessary, handling cash and credit transactions efficiently.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a beverage service role preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming and Regulatory Commission non-key license.
Essential Skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
