Behavioral Therapist Job Description

At RightWorks Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments and implementing ABA programs to support individuals with behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough functional behavior assessments to identify underlying causes of behavioral issues
  • Develop and implement effective ABA programs to address behavioral challenges
  • Provide field supervision to behavior technicians to ensure high-quality care
  • Write performance evaluations and progress reports to track client progress
  • Collaborate with regulatory agencies and funding sources to ensure compliance with requirements

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or related field
  • BCBA Certification or LBA Certification
  • 3+ years of experience working in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • 1+ year of experience utilizing software solutions for data collection and report writing
