Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at RightWorks Staffing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, running ABA programs, and providing field supervision to behavior technicians.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop effective treatment plans
  • Run ABA programs and provide individualized support to clients
  • Provide field supervision to behavior technicians and ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Write performance evaluations and complete progress reports to meet regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or related field
  • BCBA Certification and 3+ years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • 1+ year of experience utilizing software solutions for data collection, programming, and report writing
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check, TB test, and pre-employment physical exam

  • Competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $78,000 - $85,000

Work Environment:

We offer a flexible schedule, with Monday - Friday hours and 1-2 evenings per week (until 8:30pm). Telehealth opportunities are also available, with up to 50% of supervision of behavior technicians.
