Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service BDC Consultant to join our team at Lindsay Lexus of Alexandria. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service through our call center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle all incoming calls following established protocols and schedule appointments for sales.
  • Conduct outbound calls to engage customers and promote services.
  • Document customer feedback and interactions accurately.
  • Schedule follow-up communications if appointments are not secured.
  • Utilize scripts to effectively reach out to customers for appointment scheduling.
  • Confirm appointments and maintain the appointment board.
  • Manage rescheduling for customers who miss their appointments.
  • Coordinate with sales and service departments to track appointment outcomes.
  • Update customer information in the database as necessary.
  • Generate communication materials such as letters and emails to remind customers of follow-ups.
  • Respond to customer inquiries received through our website.
  • Engage with internet leads via email and phone to arrange appointments.
  • Follow up on internet inquiries based on a set timeline.
  • Notify relevant departments when appointments are confirmed.
  • Assist with additional tasks as assigned.
  • Achieve or surpass monthly performance targets.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in telemarketing or customer service, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Familiarity with scripts and customer engagement techniques.
  • Exhibit a professional and friendly demeanor during customer interactions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and basic computer skills.
