Job Description

This dynamic leader will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture, formulating and executing comprehensive strategies, programs, and initiatives that foster a workplace where every team member feels valued and empowered.

The Director, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging at United Way for Southeastern Michigan will ensure that diverse viewpoints and life experiences are not only acknowledged but celebrated.

This role offers the opportunity to shape our organizational culture by fostering an environment of belonging, equity, and diversity.

A competitive salary range of $85,000-$95,000 annually, recognizing the critical expertise you bring to human resources and DEIB initiatives.
