Essential Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • No prior experience necessary; training will be provided on-site
  • No educational qualifications required, such as a high school diploma or GED

Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service roles
  • A minimum of one year in a similar position

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of buildings and facilities
  • Adhere to protocols for using cleaning chemicals and equipment to avoid damage to surfaces
  • Inform management of any minor or major repair needs within the facility
  • Foster effective communication and collaborative relationships with clients, colleagues, supervisors, and management
  • Follow all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards set by the company and regulatory bodies
  • Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, and equipment
  • Move furniture and equipment as necessary to facilitate cleaning
  • Clean glass surfaces, windows, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning agents and tools
  • Wash and replace window coverings as needed
  • Collect and dispose of waste materials
  • Perform seasonal tasks such as sweeping, raking, and snow removal
  • Clean and sanitize dining areas and equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness and supply levels in restrooms

This position is suitable for individuals entering the workforce or returning with limited experience and education. ABM is a military-friendly employer and encourages veterans and candidates with military backgrounds to apply.
