Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator to join Orange County Neuropsychiatric Rese. This full-time position involves the coordination and administration of clinical trials under the direction of the Principal Investigator and Scientific Director.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000, depending on experience. The position also includes a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, and vision insurance.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating research and administrative procedures for the successful management of clinical trials. Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Performing study procedures in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and study protocols
  • Coordinating protocol-related research procedures, study visits, and follow-up care
  • Maintaining accurate and complete study data, both paper and electronic
  • Collaborating with recruitment and pre-screening teams to meet study enrollment goals
  • Ensuring adherence to Institutional Review Board (IRB)-approved protocols
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Biology or Psychology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and computer systems
