Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $64,480-$77,327 per year, commensurate with experience level. As a member of our team, you will have access to comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Postdoctoral Scholar to join our data-science and neuroinformatics research group. The successful candidate will work closely with our investigators to develop and implement novel analytical models and tools for the study of Alzheimer's disease and other neurological disorders. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about pursuing a career in clinical and translational neuroscience, data science, or neuroinformatics.
Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing and implementing novel analytical models and tools for the study of Alzheimer's disease and other neurological disorders.
- Collaborating with our investigators to design and conduct studies using large biomedical data sets.
- Analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to identify trends and insights.
- Communicating research findings to both scientific and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must have a recent or anticipated PhD or equivalent degree in Neuroscience, Computational Biology, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Excellent programming skills specifically in R and/or Python are also required. In addition, evidence of excellent written and oral communication skills, including prior peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations, is highly desirable.
