**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Leader to join our team as a Prepared Foods Supervisor at Whole Foods Market. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

**About the Role:**

The Prepared Foods Supervisor is a critical role that oversees the day-to-day operations of our Prepared Foods department. This includes supervising a team of team members, managing inventory, maintaining store standards, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth in the Prepared Foods department, including product placement, promotions, and visual merchandising.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of prepared foods team members, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent performance.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, maintain accurate stock counts, and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Store Standards: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the Prepared Foods department.
  • Food Safety: Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations, including proper handling, storage, and preparation of products.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer needs and resolving any issues or concerns.

**Requirements:**

  • Leadership Experience: 1+ years of retail leadership experience, preferably in a prepared foods or grocery environment.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer needs and resolve issues.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement effective solutions.
  • Inventory Management: Basic knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
