Waxing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Wax Specialist/Licensed Esthetician to join our team at European Wax Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional waxing services to our guests, while also promoting a positive and welcoming environment.

• Provide high-quality waxing services to guests, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
• Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of skin care regimens, product usage, and waxing frequency to educate guests.
• Learn and master various waxing techniques to meet the diverse needs of our guests.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest waxing techniques and products.

• Current esthetician or cosmetology license in the state of employment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
