Position Summary:
The role involves ensuring the highest standards of Food Safety and Product Quality through the thorough cleaning and sanitation of food processing equipment, utensils, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures as outlined in the Master Sanitation Program.
  • Utilize appropriate chemicals and cleaning agents for the sanitation of processing areas, including walls, floors, and equipment.
  • Employ sanitation tools safely and effectively.
  • Remove debris and maintain cleanliness in processing areas.
  • Communicate chemical supply levels to management promptly.
  • Monitor and document facility conditions to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Verify and document the effectiveness of cleaning and sanitation activities.
  • Conduct testing as required and maintain safety protocols.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while providing support for other duties as needed.
  • Become certified in operating electric pallet jacks and forklifts.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
Required: None
Preferred: Experience with sanitation tools, food safety protocols, and safe operation of forklifts and powered pallet jacks.

Compensation:
The starting salary for this position is $19.14 per hour.
