Corporate Accounting Director

Holman Inc is a global automotive services organization that values its core principles and strives to deliver exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking a skilled Corporate Accounting Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the month-end close cycle for assigned corporate entities, ensuring timely financial statements, analyses, and reconciliations.
- Lead annual budgeting, long-term forecasting, and budget-to-actual analyses for assigned corporate entities.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within the Corporate Accounting department.
- Facilitate wires and other treasury functions.
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA License required.
- Proficient in various desktop tools, including MS Office Programs.
- Experience with Onestream CPM, CDK, or Oracle Hyperion a plus.
- 5+ years' experience, including 2+ at a supervisory level.
- Public accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and external reporting.
- Automotive retail experience a plus.

We offer competitive wages, commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $97,300.00 USD annually for full-time employees.
