Senior Finance Director, Order to Cash Transformation

The Senior Finance Director, Order to Cash Transformation will lead the development and implementation of the Lead to Cash program at HP. This program aims to improve Free Cash flow by reducing disputed AR by 50%. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of E2E Order to Cash processes and will drive transformation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Directs the finance function for a large, complex business or major finance sub-function within one of HP's largest, most complex businesses.
- Leads planning, design, implementation, communication, and delivery of the organization's finance initiatives within area of accountability across the organization.
- Oversees allocation of financial and human capital for programs and projects and ensures timely and effective delivery of financial programs.
- Develops and monitors key performance metrics to track functional progress and inform strategic decision-making.
- Establishes extensive external vendor relationships, ensuring smooth collaboration and optimized services.
- Develops and maintains policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure that a consistent framework is applied across the company for all financial and tracking metrics.
- Leads process improvement and policy development projects, oversees operational success, aligns strategies, integrates activities with major organizational functions, and owns numerous measurable goals.
- Represents the organization in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to establish the brand presence.
- Serves as a key advisor to executive management in influencing the strategic direction of the business, while also developing organizational policies and authorizing their implementation.
- Performs talent management responsibilities including recruitment, performance management, coaching and career development.
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 15+ years of job-related and/or management experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
- Preferred Certifications: Certified Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis Professional (FP&A), Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
- Knowledge and Skills: Accounting, Auditing, Automation, Corporate Finance, Data Analysis, Economics, Finance, Financial Analysis, Financial Modeling, Financial Planning, Financial Services, Financial Statements, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, Internal Controls, Investments, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Process Improvement, Profit And Loss (P&L) Management, SAP Applications, Variance Analysis, Cross-Org Skills: Customer Centricity, Prioritization, Resilience, Team Management, Strategic Thinking.
The Senior Finance Director, Order to Cash Transformation will impact the entire business and influence company direction across multiple disciplines or areas of HP. The complexity of this role requires input from managers and directors to inform strategy and achieve company goals and objectives.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $162,750.00 -- $260,400.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
