Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to join our team in Washington Navy Yard, working hybrid. The successful candidate will deliver program management, acquisition, and financial support to the Navy's Mine Warfare Program Office.

Salary
This position offers a competitive salary of $110,000 - $130,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

About the Role
The Program/Project Manager will be responsible for delivering program management, acquisition, and financial support to the Navy's Mine Warfare Program Office. Key responsibilities include:
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client objectives
  • Providing strategic guidance and oversight
  • Developing and implementing effective project plans
  • Managing budgets and resources
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Experience with program and financial management of government programs
  • Experience with DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting & Execution Process (PPBE) process
  • Ability to analyze complex data and provide recommendations
