Michael Page is a leading professional services consulting firm, and we are currently seeking an experienced Lead Construction Project Coordinator to join our team in Arlington, VA.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing construction projects, preferably within the federal sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects to meet organizational objectives.

About the Company

Our client is a full-service general contractor with over 54 years of experience and a strong team of around 100 employees. Based in Newport News, VA, the company specializes in Federal Department of Defense projects, military schools, and equipment warehouses across the DMV area.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive base salary of $120,000 per annum, plus a monthly vehicle allowance, gas card, EZ pass, paid parking, and two days opportunity to work from home. Additionally, you will be eligible for an extremely competitive bonus potential and 401k match.

Job Requirements
  1. Project Planning: Establish clear project scope, goals, and deliverables to ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations.
  2. Team Management: Facilitate communication between teams, clients, and stakeholders to keep all parties informed and involved.
  3. Resource Allocation: Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource management.
  4. Risk Management: Track project progress, identify risks, and implement strategies to minimize potential issues.
  5. Quality Control: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and specifications through thorough quality control.
