Position Title: Lead Technical Program StrategistLocation: RemoteCompensation:

$80-$85.00 per hour, inclusive of Paid Time Off, Company 401k contributions, and Health, dental, and vision insurance. The total annual compensation, factoring in benefits, ranges from $195,000 to $200,000.

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Strategist to lead and manage critical initiatives within a pioneering Life Sciences organization, specifically within a Patient Services technology division. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in the pharmaceutical sector.

  • Strategic Alignment: Connect business goals with the execution of intricate technical projects, including the development of new capabilities and data integration efforts, by collaborating with engineering teams to define technology and product architecture.
  • Project Management: Oversee cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that encompass multiple solutions within Patient Services.
  • Technical Proficiency: Leverage extensive experience in managing programs across various technologies and guide engineering teams through agile or hybrid project methodologies.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential project risks and formulate strategies for mitigation, addressing technical challenges proactively to maintain project timelines.
  • Resource Optimization: Effectively allocate resources across projects and monitor utilization to ensure productivity and cost-effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open lines of communication between technical teams and business stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and challenges.
  • Quality Control: Implement quality assurance measures to uphold high standards in deliverables, conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities for enhancing processes and efficiencies within project management frameworks, driving initiatives to optimize project delivery.
