About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Building Supervisor at the YMCA of Greater Erie. Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet members and guests with a smile, provide friendly and efficient service, and respond to member and guest needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Facility Management: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the YMCA, perform routine maintenance tasks, and ensure the overall appearance of the facility meets our high standards.
  • Membership Sales and Promotion: Promote and sell memberships and programs to new and existing members, and provide branch tours to new members with passion and enthusiasm.
  • Security and Safety: Act as the primary first responder to all security and fire alarms, and ensure the safety and well-being of members and guests.
Requirements
  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Current CPR Pro (CPR for health care providers and first responders) and First Aid training (for the community and workplace).
  • Excellent human relation skills.
