Recovery Coach Opportunity

Clementine Nido, a residential treatment program in Calabasas, CA, is seeking a per diem Recovery Coach to join their team.

About the Role

As a Recovery Coach, you will play a key role in supporting clients through their recovery journey, providing support and intervention consistent with their treatment plan, and engaging clients in developing healthy connections with others.

Responsibilities
  • Integrate and support clients through their recovery journey
  • Provide support and intervention consistent with clients' treatment plans
  • Engage clients in developing healthy connections with others
  • Assist with food preparation and setup, model and supervise client meals and snacks
  • Conduct rounds and provide observations
  • Occasionally drive clients off-site for appointments and activities
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years post-high school education; Bachelor's in Psychology preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in a mental or behavioral health setting (required in some states)
  • Valid state-issued driver's license with a safe driving history
  • Good communication and client relations skills, service orientation, flexibility, and ability to work as a team member
