We are a residential treatment program dedicated to helping adolescents overcome eating disorders and achieve a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

Job Summary

We are seeking a per diem Recovery Coach to join our team. As a key player in our clients' recovery journey, you will provide support and intervention consistent with their treatment plans, engage clients in developing healthy connections, and assist with food preparation and supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support and intervention consistent with clients' treatment plans
  • Engage clients in developing healthy connections with others in the milieu and the team
  • Assist with food preparation and supervision
  • Conduct rounds and provide observations
  • Occasionally drive clients off-site for appointments and activities
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years post-high school education; Bachelor's in Psychology preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a mental or behavioral health setting is highly desired
  • Valid state-issued Driver's License with safe driving history
  • Good communication and client relations skills; service orientation; flexibility; and the ability to work as a member of a team
