As a Quality Control Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring that our corporate apartments meet the highest standards of quality and cleanliness. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect apartments prior to guest arrival and after departure to ensure they meet our quality standards
- Prepare and assemble move-in gifts, groceries, and marketing materials
- Perform white glove inspections and minor touch-ups during final walk-throughs
- Test all technology equipment and appliances to ensure they are functioning properly
- Deliver additional items such as hotspots and set up technology equipment
- Manage inventory and supplies to ensure we have enough materials for marketing and move-in gifts
- Report any damages or maintenance issues to the apartment property management and/or CWS team
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Background in customer service, property maintenance management, or housekeeping preferred
- Computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Ability to pass background, drug, and driving record checks annually
