CWS Corporate Housing is seeking a Quality Control Representative to join our team. As a Quality Control Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring that our corporate apartments meet the highest standards of quality and cleanliness. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect apartments prior to guest arrival and after departure to ensure they meet our quality standards
  • Prepare and assemble move-in gifts, groceries, and marketing materials
  • Perform white glove inspections and minor touch-ups during final walk-throughs
  • Test all technology equipment and appliances to ensure they are functioning properly
  • Deliver additional items such as hotspots and set up technology equipment
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure we have enough materials for marketing and move-in gifts
  • Report any damages or maintenance issues to the apartment property management and/or CWS team
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Background in customer service, property maintenance management, or housekeeping preferred
  • Computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Ability to pass background, drug, and driving record checks annually
