Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Team Member. As a Store Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with sales and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out the trash.
  • Sales and Inventory Management: Assist with sales and inventory management by processing transactions, counting inventory, and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Training: Completion of our training program and food safety certification required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required.
