Job Summary:

As a Pharmacist with Saint Alphonsus Health System, you will play a vital role in providing pharmaceutical care to our patients. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate professional to join our team in this part-time position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide pharmaceutical care to patients, including medication therapy management and patient education.
  • Review patient history and incorporate various pharmacy activities to ensure accurate and effective care.
  • Prepare pharmaceutical products for patients' use by safe and cost-effective methods.
  • Comprehend and support quality assurance and risk management issues.
  • Supervise technicians and pharmacy support personnel.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred.
  • Licensed by the Idaho State Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacist.
  • At least six months of experience in a pharmacy setting.
