Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Outpatient Pharmacist to join our team at Trinity Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional pharmaceutical care to our patients, ensuring their optimal health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and timely medication therapy management to patients, including medication counseling and education.
  • Review patient history and incorporate various pharmacy activities to provide comprehensive care.
  • Prepare pharmaceutical products for patients' use by safe and cost-effective methods, adhering to professional standards.
  • Comprehend and support quality assurance and risk management issues, participating in departmental duties and responsibilities.
  • Supervise technicians and pharmacy support personnel, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred.
  • Licensed by the Idaho State Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacist.
  • Six months of experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to adapt to institutional roles and schedules.
