About the Role:
This travel nurse position requires a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse with experience in Medical Surgical/T telemetry care. As a key member of our client's healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care while collaborating with other medical professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Medical Surgical/T telemetry environment
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, communicate effectively, and promote a culture of safety and respect
